1.strictly implement local territorial responsibilities.Local governments, especially municipal governments, should be responsible for the supply of vegetables, meat, eggs and milk, and aquatic products within their jurisdiction, and coordinate production and development, production and marketing, distribution and transportation, market regulation, quality and safety.
