Before the meeting, Xu Haifu, director of the Fisheries and Fishery Administration Bureau of the Agriculture and Rural Department of Qinghai Province, put forward relevant requirements for the alliance. Xu Haifu stressed that it is necessary to effectively play the role of the alliance, toward the goal of "eight unification", and work together to do a good job for the development of the alliance. It is necessary to establish a self-control self-inspection system and a professional team, improve the packaging of aquatic products, and issue certificates of aquatic products. Members of the alliance should focus on the consideration of local economic construction, through the transformation of production methods and the use of land, beaches, waters and other resources, to drive the local people. At the same time, it is necessary to speed up the internal reform of the alliance, carry out strong, strong and small cooperation, gradually towards the integration of joint, combination and reorganization, first make every effort to achieve the "eight unification", after the comprehensive improvement of the mechanism, and then accelerate the institutional reform, interlocking, step by step improvement, effectively improve the status of the alliance and work effectiveness, social impact, and gradually increase the strength of the alliance.
At the meeting, Yang Xu, secretary general of the Alliance, summarized the work of the Alliance in 2019. Last year, the alliance based on the construction of ecological aquaculture along the yellow water surface cage, with the "eight unified" as the goal, actively expand the industrial layout, promote the "four unified" to make substantial progress, accelerate the construction of infrastructure, salmon production, output value reached 15,200 tons and 836 million yuan, respectively, an increase of 3.37% and 12.97% over the previous year. Gonghe County Longyangxia Salmon and Minze Company were respectively rated as advantageous areas of agricultural products with Chinese characteristics and national key leading enterprises of agricultural industrialization by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and their brand influence was significantly improved.
Yang Xu said that this year, affected by the new coronavirus epidemic, enterprises in the alliance were greatly affected in the first quarter. In 2020, the Alliance will carry out in-depth work from six aspects: actively carrying out unified sales, strengthening public brand promotion of salmon, continuing to do a good job in the construction of basic projects, accelerating the construction of self-control and self-inspection system according to the actual situation of enterprises, actively promoting brand creation, and strengthening digital marketing planning.
At the meeting, Li Changzhong, dean of the College of Ecological and Environmental Engineering of Qinghai University, made a report on the development status and prospect of the cold-water fish aquaculture industry in Qinghai. Representatives of the member units of the Alliance offered suggestions for the future development of the Alliance and the work in 2020, and the meeting discussed warmly.
